About Us
Silver Bay Water Inc. has had the privilege of serving the Silver Bay community since 1996 and the Pleasant Beach community since 2019. What began as a small seasonal water treatment operation has grown into a trusted provider of clean, reliable water to local residents and cottage owners alike.
Rooted in family values and a dedication to service, Silver Bay Water continues to uphold the same standards of integrity and reliability that have defined the Toepp family businesses for over 35 years.
Services
Today, Silver Bay Water manages two systems — the Silver Bay Water System, serving approximately 110 connections, and the Pleasant Beach Water System, with around 63 connections. Our commitment is to deliver potable water reliably, using best practices, and with the welfare of our communities in mind.
We work closely with the Niagara Region Health department during annual inspections and other occasional issues as they arise, and system compliance results can be found on the Niagara Region website.
